Vagrancy Act

We have responded on a recent consultation on the repeal of the Vagrancy Act.

The Police, Crime, Courts and Sentencing Act was amended to repeal the Vagrancy Act 1824. However the Government have undertaken a consultation on replacing it with new offences on aggressive begging. We have responded with our concerns.
