Cost of living impact in London - Local Citizens Advice research
Some local Citizens Advice in London have conducted their own research on the impact of cost of living challenges for local clients and services
Key findings
- The number of visitors to Citizens Advice Sutton's (CAS) office is now more than 100% higher than before the pandemic, and numbers of people telephoning CAS Telephone Contact Centre is more than 21% higher than before the pandemic.
- Since 2020, Citizens Advice Wandsworth 2020 have seen an huge increase in the number of residents experiencing hardship and seeking crisis support such as food and fuel vouchers
